CapturedPix > After seeing the first two pics before this one it becomes all that much more amazing when you realize how tiny many of the insects are in this gallery. By the way, I did not kill the bee and do not harm insects that I photograph -- except brown recluse spiders whose bite can lead to nasty infections and ticks who all deserve to die ;) . The bee in the first two pics was crawling around on one of my windows. I sent it outside after getting the shots. The dead bee was found by my daughter days later. Maybe it came back? I don't know, but I've seen similar bees around my home who I think are attracted to one of my house plants. The orange bee in the next pic is about the same size as this blue-green one!
